Terms and Conditions
Modern Web Studios reserves the right to cancel an
order and refund any deposits or payments once it has
been reviewed by management due to subject matter,
content, and/or theme at the sole discretion of Modern
Web Studios. There is a minimum of at least 50% down on
all orders which is NOT refundable. The balance is to be
paid in full upon completion of the product or service,
unless otherwise stated on a contract. Overdue invoices
are subject to a 18% annual fee. Modern Web Studios does
not guarantee Internet Traffic, or "hits", for any
website. Modern Web Studios is responsible only for the
design and/or hosting of your site. Though you will have
natural search engine results, You must implement
marketing strategies in order to increase traffic to
your site. The remaining balance for any web design
order is due upon Estimated Completion Date regardless
of content completion. Modern Web Studios cannot be held
responsible for delays in content submission, customer
approvals, excess changes to the design, etc. Modern Web
Studios also cannot be held responsible for content and/or
photographs provided by the client. The client assumes
all responsibilities for copyright infringements or
licensing for images, logos and all other content with
the exception of iStock images provided by Modern Web
Studios which are licensed. Cancellation of the hosting
for this website requires notice of no less than 30 days
in writing. Hosting cannot be billed for partial months.
Therefore mid-month cancellations will be billed through
the end of that month. There are no refunds for hosting. |
